St. Paul, Minn— For many Latino families, healthcare is about protecting loved ones, securing the future, and living with peace of mind. MNsure, Minnesota’s official health insurance marketplace, helps families like yours find affordable health coverage options, with Spanish-language support every step of the way.
Enrollment for 2026 coverage is now open. Many Latino Minnesotans qualify for financial help that lowers health care costs, or even free or lower-cost health coverage through Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
“Health insurance is for everyone, regardless of background,” said Libby Caulum, MNsure Chief Executive Officer. “Health insurance helps families pay for the health care they need and avoid medical debt when an illness or accident happens. All Minnesotans deserve the peace of mind and security of knowing you’re covered.”
MNsure-certified navigators, including those from trusted community organizations like Briva Health, provide one-on-one guidance in Spanish to walk families through the process. Licensed brokers also offer plan comparisons to help Minnesotans find coverage that fits their needs and budget.
“Our community knows that health insurance is more important than ever,” said Roberto Tapia, Senior Navigator of Briva Health. “Our navigators are here to make sure that you and your family are insured, healthy, and safe in today’s world.”
Since MNsure launched in 2013, Minnesota’s uninsured rate has dropped from 8.6% to a historic low of 3.8%, thanks in part to more than $2.3 billion in tax credits that have lowered monthly premiums.
